As the founder of PEAK Confidence Group, I’m proud to lead a woman-owned and military spouse–owned business, shaped by resilience, adaptability, and service—values I bring into every coaching and facilitation experience.

With a background in Marketing and Organizational Development, and certifications spanning coaching, facilitation, change management, and leadership development, Eileen brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered development to her work.
